"What earlier generations held as sacred, remains sacred and great for us too, and it cannot be all of a sudden entirely forbidden or even considered harmful. It behooves all of us to preserve the riches which have developed in the Church’s faith and prayer, and to give them their proper place."
(Letter of His Holiness Benedict XVI to the Bishops
on the occasion of the publication of the Moto Proprio Summorum Pontificum)

Catholics in the pews are more empowered than ever by the Church to work to see the Extraordinary Form of the Mass back in everyday parish life.
Don't settle for anything less than all the Church has to offer. The fullness of the Faith is a beautiful thing. Know the splendor of the liturgical life of the Church. Work to restore the Extraordinary Form of the Mass in our parishes, in union with the mind and heart of the Vicar of Christ on earth.
Long Live Pope Benedict XVI

Thank you for mentioning the anniversary as well. I posted a video of scenes from our Latin Mass on my blog for the anniversary.
Glad to find your blog thru Fr. Z.
